It was a time of terror, but no one dared use the word.

December 13, 2080

The man slowly walked towards the Paris Metro station, gun in hand. As he got off at the next stop, his radio buzzed. "Target 1 in sight. To. To. To." The man got off the bench, grabbed his gun, and shot into the crowd of people gathering near the metro exit. He was a professional killer, and if he killed his target in this mission, the whole world would fall into chaos.

On the other side of the metro was Vice President Pyro, an infamous man who had secretly bribed, killed, and cheated his way into becoming the vice president. Now only one step was left to put him in full control. He walked into the Metro area and calmly stabbed the president in the midst of the chaos. This began the next dark era.

December 9, 2088

For 8 years, the people of France lived in misery. Under the cruel rule of President Pyro, no one could be truly happy. That was all planned to end today. A squad of 6 military members was due to attack Pyro Castle at 11:00 PM. The goal: Kill Pyro and his evil associates.

9:59 PM

"The attack starts in 1 min. Get to your posts." Sgt. Jackson looked at the world one last time. This was a suicide mission. Even though Pyro was the most hated man in history, no one had even attempted to assassinate Pyro, because he had Solomon.

Pyro didn't need a king's guard or an armed escort, because Solomon was enough. known as the "Devil's Front Man" or "Devil's assassin", Solomon was surprisingly short, at 5' 2". This allowed him to spy on attackers without being caught. Solomon also had biceps the size of coconuts and could knock out humans as easily as one could swat a fly glued to wallpaper. Long story short, an attempted assassination on Pyro was not only a suicide mission, but likely to fail as well.

The plan: Today, there was a council meeting for Pyro and his "Department for Public Enlightenment", known as the department of professional lying and bluffing. At 11:00 PM, the meeting was due to start. Solomon would get off duty to go to the "Elimination of traitors" (Murder of people who don't idolize Pyro) part of the meeting, whilst Sgt. Jackson would Set off a small explosive charge in the courtyard, which Solomon would go stop. Afterwards, Lt. Hendricks would set a charge in the west courtyard to go off at 11:10. West patrol would see this threat and radio east patrol to block gate 6 (central courtyard gate), trapping Hendricks and leaving him to die. Finally, if Solomon succeeded in defusing the bomb Hendricks set, Private Tyler would engage in combat with North patrol, the most dangerous patrol led by Pyro's General Ish and Lt. Rishib. Colonel Atlas would then set off the final charge underground, right underneath Zion meeting room, killing Pyro and everyone in the meeting room. They had no hope of escape. Solomon would be able to catch Atlas and Jackson, no doubt. They would die for their country- or if something went wrong, nothing.

Sgt. Jackson was able to draw the first charge, drawing the attention of Solomon. Jackson's heart leapt as he spotted Solomon jumping out the window and landing right next to him. Sgt. Jackson made one final leap to try to save himself- but Solomon's dagger piercer through his shirt and landed a direct hit on his heart, killing him. 5 members left, and this would be where everything would go wrong.

As Hendricks rushed past paintings of Pyro in the north hall, Solomon was quickly catching up to him. Hendricks ran forward, with no one to tell him that Solomon had caught up with Jackson faster than expected and would be catching up to him in 2 min. As Hendricks was 2 feet away from the spot where he was supposed to set the charges, Solomon tackled him and slammed him into the wall. After Hendricks was knocked into the wall, Solomon searched him and found the plans.

To lead the men into a trap, Solomon radioed Pyro, told him about the plan, then played a recording of a bomb exploding, sending Private Tyler to fight the north patrol and Atlas to set off the bomb. Only, north patrol was waiting for atlas underground. As Atlas walked in, he saw all of North Patrol with Gen. Ish and Lt. Rishib. The plan was a complete fail, and Atlas was doomed.
